The story about "blessed" slippers...
There was a man travelling on train, he wore his beloved pair of slippers. The train richochet and shaked as he made his way pass the numerous passangers to find a seat at the door of the cargo train.
As he was about to settle down, the train jerked over the humpy track. His right slipper slipped off and fell onto the dust. The man immediately grabbed his left slipper, looked towards the fallen one and threw the left slipper at the other. The left slipper fell just beside it's companion and the man smiled, feeling contended.
Sitting beside him was a young man, shocked and dumbfounded, he gathered his feelings and asked the man "Why did you do that?". The man grinningly replied "Well, I lost 1 slipper, what is the use of 1 slipper? If the slippers are together someone may pick them up and they can be used again!"
Aww... ain't it touching? hehehe... will try to look for more nice nice stories :) Lesson here? I think we can learn how to be a cheerful giver. Although it's his beloved slippers but he was more concerned about who will benefit if the slippers are there... hard to explain but think u all can get the picture...
