Went to my dad's side 1st on Friday. Pretty usual stuff. Except that Er gu wasn't around + my cousins.

Today (Sat) went to my mum's side. Bukit Panjang... I really miss that place. As we drove by, lots of memories rushed to my mind.

I really missed my life there. Carefree. Luxury. 16yrs... It's been so long. Thinking back, God's really been very good to me. I had everything I want or needed.

It reminded me of my ah gong gong, who passed away when I was sec 2. Which then reminded me he funeral at that area. It was that time I remembered how painful it is to lose somebody close.

I remembered how hard I cried until I coughed and fell to the ground. I soon learnt that crying over spilled milk is not worth it. Everyone was emotional, anger, sadness, frustration. Ping even hit Aunt Christina on the head for some reason I don't understand.

I just miss that place. The place where I grew up. How I wished that time would stood still at that point when I was still young. No gain, no lost, I had everything I need, EVERYTHING... Nobody was missing in my life... Nobody.

Well, maybe except Jesus. Guess that's why when I grow up, He's in my life to replace all those emptiness I have. I guess...

Family Day

Right, today (sat) was family day. Woke up brite n early coz I had a splitting headache. Really really weird. From out of no where, after I finish worship rehearsal I had this headache until morning. Couldn't join the pool peeps =(

Dennis called me telling me that there's nobody leading worship. Only QS, Dennis would be ard. Officers only Mr. Robin. Wah, wanted me to lead. So last min. I didn't agree, not feeling well anyways, not going to parade. =(

Noon time after a few lying-downs and some food-to-eat, went to Charlotte-Faith's full mth! Heez! She's so cute. Alot of my cousins were there, actually had alot of fun with them even though they're so ever mischievious. Bao bei getting more & more beautiful, Mark is cuter by e day. Max reminds me of myself, really look like me and behaves like me! Shan & Long getting fatter by the day... Qi & Xiong still e same.

After e visit, went down with mum & dad to CK Tangs, redeem some voucher stuff... Really happy to spend time with them, but really, sometimes the things they do really exasperates me. Anyways it was so bored... So went out with my cousins to Kbox!

Qi hog the mic -_-''' Ping and his gf kept drinking... Ugh... left me there staring at screen. Tried to sing some songs, choose the song for my AF1 Superstar final. Heez... Fun. After k, went to coffeeshop to eat dinner. Was like ard 10+ already. We sat there talking and watching Ping & his gf bickering with each other. Super entertaining. For like 1hr + I kept laughing non-stop!!! They really love each other, hope this relationship will last. Hahaz.

Sent all of them home.
Once again driving home alone, had lots of time to think.
21st birthday coming, haven't plan about it yet.
Cousins around my age group are either married or in a relationship... Can really see the joy in them.

On e way back pass by my old house in Bukit Panjang, really missed that place, when boys and be just playful, the place where I had a partner, somebody to show off to in school, to go to when I'm bored and burdened, someone whom hands I held the longest time, whose cheeks were never tired to be kissed... The place where I threw huge amoung of coins out the window! The place where I watched USA attacked the middle east on TV, nice fireworks. The house which I can cycle my white brite BMX ard the hall & rooms... I miss the place. Sweet sweet memories. I love the place...

Thank God for the day. I enjoyed it. Thank You Jesus :)

Guess I've been too busy. So here's e low-down on what I've been up to...

1st up was planning singspiration for parade on the 27th during the little free time I've left after work =(
Guess what? Nick bombed me big time!!! He didn't told me it was a combined singspiration!!! Oh my gosh... I wasn't prepared for combined...
Really thank God things worked out really fine. Everything when well and was rather fun. Thanks Sher and Ken for e last min "play acting".

Had cell, after cell, brought the gang to Hooked @ The Rail Mall. I wanted to go to the Italian restaurant, but majority win... Anywayz, that was my 3rd time there, 2nd time in the week! Food's so good that I really really don't know what to choose to eat. Ugh, I really wanted to order a little of everything! Hehez.

Woke up super late for service!!! Gosh, the latest so far. 10:45 AM!!!. I quickly washed up and rushed down. Thank God I only missed the singspiration.

After service we went to Gliderz! Hmm, think it's been "cosified" alot now. So nice to hang out in. Played heart attack and somebody's hand really turned out real red =P Went downtown. Wanted to go Heeren, end up we all crazy, go to Vivo. LOL. From around 6 walk til about 9. NEVER finish walking. Saw this cool black Puma bag @ the Puma shop... "Thou shalth not covet" ='( Anywayz, didn't got a chance to go to Heeren, so gotta go another time.

The week was really rushing. Monday test, start new topic, next day project on new topic + presentation. After presentation was another new topic, den presentation on the following day again. This coming monday's the test!!! UGH... No time to plan my worship this Sunday.

Anywayz, had cell on wed. Kinda missed it alot. Esp with Judah... Haiz... Can't wait... Plt 14 is really cursed... Never a time all of us can meet 2gether.

Today drove to AFS. -_-''' It takes me 1hr 15min to reach for public transport. It only took me 30mins max when I drive there... Anywayz, drove back home, prep for worship rehearsal. Ahhh... finally done. Still got some ammendments though, guess shall do it tml =x

Finally I'm like doing the stuff I love.

Got a chance to lead Singspiration this week, worship next week. I'm damn terrified... Probably coz of the long time nv lead. Really need God's strength to lead me, carry me through and use me as His instrument.

Passed my IPPT! Again it's the 2.4 that dragged me down to get my silver award. Additional $100 leh... :( Nvm, next round shall see how.

My class "volunteered" me to join the Air Force One Superstar Competition. My gosh, I'm past the prelimnary round. So nervous... Kinda fun though.

The fact that they can have all the prata, rojak and free food they want while I'm on stage singing is such a funny sight. Anywayz wish me luck!

Right, the whole day was pretty refreshing. Woke up later as I don't have to pick up the Boys for breakfast. Went for service, went Northpoint to get the cake & stuff for Gliderz.

Gliderz wing after our wonderful care has been transformed into such a beautiful & cosy place to be in. Even with all the noise, it's still so comfy to slp in =P Really gotta thank you peeps for committing your time to refurbish the place :)

The games were kinda silly in the beginning, but I guess since everyone were so enthu and positive, it really doesn't matter. Though not many new faces, but to see the support of our own Church members was quite encouraging already.

The 2 newbies still need somemore exposure, nice job but can be better still. Jiayou :)

After Gliderz, went to Hooked @ Railway Mall. I got spammed by my own dad! I've should have known... However fish & chips may be, it's still fried fish... Seeing the other dishes there really made my mouth water. The food there was great! I've yet to try the italian restaurant there, gonna go there someday :)

Had lots of fun today. Really busy rushing here and there. But I really enjoyed all the involveness :) Finally able to throw away some things that's stucked so long. =D

Woke up brite n early, met the guys to teach them HTML. Yea, finally I'm gonna have helpers to run Gliderz website!

Met some of the Boys to play DotA. Got trashed all the way... hahas.

Suddenly recieve call from Von, duty calls!!! Time to clean up our wing! Hehez, had lots of fun but was tiring too. We stayed from 4pm til like almost 11:30pm. Chinese con tot we were going to stay overnight. hehez.

The room looks so much nicer now. Much much more nicer than the previous clean up. Though there are still some things to improve on...

Yea, Arsenal vs. Blackburn... I hope our flair and class will outplay and outlast their brute and dirty tricks... Go Gunners!!!

What's the reason I failed?
Well... Imagine you have a 7 chapter book given to you 5 days before, you are taught the subjects very briefly in 1hr lectures. Also, a seriously important chapter of nothing but documentation for [****************] = RESTRICTED =P & the very next day's the test...

So that's why I failed. hehe. not only me, the whole class failed. lolz. not an excuse though, coz there's only 8 in my class. whahaz.

Anywayz, I've got my pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOT!!!! So nice, $_$ 1st time i see my bank account grew to how much I had when i got my bank book the 1st time. lolx. That's alot man....

Today was Wing Com Call for AETI, amoung the many topic touched on was the HFIM - Human Factor In Maintanence. or something like tat... I think...

Service was rather refreshing & inviting... good message - time doesn't stand still for men, the old has past, the new is coming. Today is tommorrow's yesterday, so live today meaningfully & live not to regret the day...

Finally got a chance to cut my hair!!! Lol! it's finally long enough to be asked to cut =)
Resumed teaching guitar! I'm finding teaching the kids very very interesting all over again :)

Congrates to Aunt Christina & Uncle Roger for bringing my new cousin Charlotte-Faith to this world!!! Thank God for after 13yrs of trying, she came into this world today safe and sound thru caesarian birth! Promotion to Daddy & Mummy Tay! :)

Yesterday I finally watched I not Stupid 2, with my family, yea, it was really touching... think my family enjoyed it too :) Today spent time with them, went to Velocity, that place really is crap... other than famous brands & expensive stuff, it's not all related to sports... It's merely an extension of Novena Square =(

Recently been thinking, I've lived 20yrs of my life, most part of it was wasted away by purposeless living, but they weren't empty, they were filled with fun and mischiefs, bruises & heartbreaks...

Though at times I wished I had more money, that I were older/bigger but wishing for them and thinking about them were fun, all of it were fun....

Now I have most of what I wanted in the past, but I feel more emptiness. Just like what Dr. Lee S K said, human are filled with a vacuum, lack of security ever since they're banished from the Garden...

Not to show off, but I've got my 'O' levels, a Diploma, a decent job - quite high pay, driver's licence, cards that kids wudn't be able to aquire or apply for. My own room with my own furnitures and complete with my own entertainment system!

But still I'm lacking... still empty... what is it? It only surfaced after I enlisted into NS... in NS... help me solve this mystery!!! hehe...

Tuesday gonna be my 1st test, Air Operations... What the heck is that? 7 chapters of blablablaRSAFblablabla... If i fail, it'll be really bad... Even though it's 50qns of MCQs, each wrong answer will be a DEDUCTION of 150% of that qns =( how tough... wish me luck! I mean pray for me... yea, pray for Jiaying & Caleb too. Miss them...

Pain... Hahax... Didn't do proper warm up... Now my whole body is aching... ugh........... hahas.

The Ski360 trip was great!. Night skiing was fun, skiing in the rain was the best! But the trip lacked something... The Sun! Whahaz, couldn't get tanned :(

So I've tried everything already... The kneeboard, the double skis, easy board and the wakeboard! WOOHOO! So fun!!! I've even tried to play with the ramp with the double ski!!! So so so so exciting. Hehez

It was funny that I had to wear No. 3 uniform to go there. Lol... Walked past some army seniors, den all stared at this Air Force CPL... Felt so threatened... Hehez... Nick was telling me that Air Force/Army/Navy personnel don't mix.. Always have fights... Hahaz, that's kinda fun to hear.

Hehz, I wish that one of Gliderz events would be SKI360... That'll be so fun...

woke up at 4pm.. What a day wasted... The guys clearing up BB room sure did lots of work. =P Pizza for dinner, here I come! Whahaz!

This past week have been rather packed.

I'm really glad I've signed on. The pay is coming in next week! I hope it's pay, not allowance :)
Rough estimate would be ard 1.3 mths plus 0.25 - 0.5 bonus? Hehe, my salary is $1827.95, go calculate!

So excited!!! Started with lectures already, quite intriguing, though I really dread having to wake up 0530hrs to prep and go to work. Still, there's lee way for us to slp. :) But there's no other place I'd rather be now. In my bubble, protected and well-fed. Though there's alot of things I can't disclose, can't share. I nid ur prayers peeps.

I hope I'd time to serve, in worship, in BB. Not sure for the long run, but at least this 7 mths are pretty fixed. Still happy I'm in Gliderz. Oh yea, new wing too! =x heez. so nice =P

New furniture really made my room looks great. Neater, cleaner, smells great too... Apple scented air purifying oil... YUM! hehez.

Hmm, going to SKI360 tml!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOHOOOO!!!! At night too!!! Wahhahaz. It'll be sooooooooo exciting :) Can't wait! Can't wait!!! yea...

The bad year has passed!

Finally!
A new year, a new start.

It's a different experience this new year's eve...

Previously I've always felt sad to leave the year behind because we've had a fun fun year & we're uncertain of where and what's going to happen. Now it's pretty different. I'm really glad that it's gone, I hope I can throw away what's happened during this dreadful 2006.

The missing of Cambodia trip, NS, the break up, bad relationships, the fall all over again... I really wanna put all this behind me... Yea... It's finally finally gone.

New stuff! Really looking forward to Gliderz, new wing, new web, new committee! So so fun.
New working environment, new friends, new furnitures, renewed strength...
A whole new start. Thank God. Everything is new again. Amen.
